| 1. Protection of Customer Information
When you register we ask for information such as your company contact information, your name, email address, occupation, and your business information. Once you register with New Dragon and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.
Only is the purpose of collecting such information for us to understand your current business well and accordingly to provide you with seamless and quality customer support or service. However, we understand the importance of privacy to our customers and visitors to our Web site. Our policy has been to treat what we learn about our customers as highly confidential. For example, we do not and will never rent, sell, or share any piece of your personal and business information with any outsiders or affiliated companies, only except as required by law or as necessary to provide NEW DRAGON services to the customer. Even internally, we limit access to personal information about you to employees who we believe reasonably need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you or in order to do their jobs.

NEW DRAGON provides links to external sites as a convenience to the user. The inclusion of any link does not imply NEW DRAGON endorsement of the external site company, its web site, or the products and services it promotes and sells. NEW DRAGON is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites.
3. Security and Integrity of Information
We treat our data as assets that must be protected against loss and unauthorized access. We employ information security techniques to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access by users inside and outside the company. Access to customer information is limited to those employees who have a business need for that information. Your New Dragon Account Information is password-protected.
NEW DRAGON Internet sites are currently located in the United States. NEW DRAGON Internet sites, and their supporting systems, employ generally accepted information security techniques such as firewalls, access control procedures and cryptography to appropriately protect confidential information from unauthorized access.
4. Retention of Customer Information
We retain information about customers as necessary for business purposes and as required by government regulation. For example, we retain information about your names phone number and e-mail addresses, so that we can reply your requests in either convenience method. We carefully dispose of records and delete information when requested.

What Information We Collect And How We Will Use It
Users can visit most areas of the NEW DRAGON Web site without revealing who they are or providing any information about themselves. However, some of our interactive services require that users identify themselves in order to enable the interactive function. We may ask users to provide some personal information in these situations.
My NEW DRAGON Account
Visitors to our site can, if they choose, participate in the interactive functions available at My NEW DRAGON. Participants are required to complete a registration form. This form includes information such as company information, name, address, e-mail address and business information. We use the information from the registration form to enhance our services and better meet the needs and preferences of our customers. With approval, we may also send information to registered users about NEW DRAGON products, services and system changes that we think may be of interest. We allow users to choose to discontinue (opt-out) from receiving information from NEW DRAGON at any time by editing their Profile at www.newdragontex.com.
Review, Modification, and Deletion of Personal Information
Participants in the My NEW DRAGON Account program can review, modify, or delete the information previously provided at the registration site by editing their Profile information in My NEW DRAGON. Users should note that NEW DRAGON will use reasonable efforts to delete user information when requested.
Expiration of Data
Personal information provided on the My NEW DRAGON registration form will be deleted if the user does not access My NEW DRAGON for 12 months.
6. Changes To This Privacy Policy and Assent
New Dragon may update this policy. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your New Dragon account or by placing a prominent notice on our site. Your continued use of this site signifies your assent to the NEW DRAGON Privacy Policy. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time.
