In the first year of entry into WTO, China garment exported to European Union reached US$4.6 Billion dollars, up by 24.9% year on year. Yarn and textile products export was RMB1.8 billion dollars, up by 19.7%.
Though once affected by anti-dumping and export ¡°Green Barrier¡±, trade between China and European Union developed stably for the need of long-term bilateral trade. Now, EU is the third largest trade partner of China.
